Plans for Frontierland Morecambe, Eden Project Morecambe and affordable housing in Canal Quarter in city council vision for Lancaster district

A blueprint setting out Lancaster City Council’s bold vision for the Lancaster district over the next two years has been published following unanimous approval by councillors.
